Payment and Shipping Information

I do my best to charge exact postage with the costs of mailers and tape thrown in, but I'm just breaking even mostly on these sales, except for really rare stuff, trying to get them out of my house and into a good home.

I accept payment in U.S. funds only through money orders, checks, or well-hidden cash through the mail. I can also accept credit and debit card charges using PayPal, with an additional 3% surcharge (sorry, but I still pay a charge on top of that.) Please note that if you pay with PayPal using a direct transfer from your savings or checking accounts, there is no additional charge.

The Horse Project.
Started by Scott Wayne Indiana, there's somewhere close to a half-dozen people helping to Keep Portland Weird by tying toy horses to the many horse rings on the curbs of the city streets. I started taking photos in June 2006 and actively putting out 5+ horses/week since August 2006.
