Condition of Original Vinyl/Record:
Posted pricing assumes that your prized vinyl is at least
in “FAIR” condition. If your record skips
because of damaged (scratched) grooves, we can perform a
transfer, but there will most likely be an additional charge
incurred for the time required by us to hand-track through
the skips. Also, we may or may not be able to reduce or
eliminate the noise the scratches produce during the transfer.
If you are not sure how to determine the condition of your
record, contact us
BEFORE bringing or shipping your vinyl to us, and we
will be happy to help you identify possible damage. Remember,
visual inspection of your record is not always a indicator
of its condition. Conversely, a scratch does not necessarily
mean that your record will skip!

Condition of Original Cassette Tape:
Posted pricing assumes that your prized cassette tape
is at least in "FAIR” condition and that the tape
itself has not deteriorated by age or been otherwise damaged
to the extent that it impairs normal playing on a professional
cassette tape player. If your cassette is slightly damaged
we can attempt to perform a transfer; but there will most
likely be an additional charge incurred for the time required
by us to track thorough the damage. Also, we may or may not
be able to reduce or eliminate the noise the damage produces
during the transfer. If you are not sure how to determine
the condition of your cassette tape
