[BWNA] BWNA Site Back Up

The BWNA site is back up - fortunately some security settings I have on the
Web server blocked all four attempts to use the heyneighbor.info site to send
out spam, and so I've restored everything and assume further attempts will
also be blocked, or since they failed, we'll be passed over now.

Mario - moved the files to the large hard drive again.  Not sure how it got
saved wrong but it was an easy fix, and I also made a full backup of
everything to another hard drive and will also make a tape backup this
weekend.

Ankist - you'll want to watch the logs for the heyneighbor.info site in case
they go directly at it, bypassing bwna.org.
