[BWNA] Clear Wire Communications Wants to Mount Cell Antennas on Beaumont School Chimney

Good afternoon folks,

 

I just received notification that a communications company is proposing
to install cell antennas on the chimney of Beaumont Middle School. I
consider this an insult to our neighborhood – Beaumont School is a
cornerstone building that helps to define our neighborhood. Do we want a
bunch of cell antennas mounted to the highest point in the neighborhood?
I don’t think so – Also, I wonder why we would want an array of antennas
on a school where children are spending a significant amount of time
five days a week. At this point in time the FCC claims that there is no
harm to humans from cell tower transmissions, but that is what the
government has stated about many products that have proven to be toxic
over time.
