Hi Rob,

Thanks for doing that.  Board, please have a look at the documents on
the website.  The first one was submitted to ONI by Jim, it's an
update to our by-laws that ONI found nothing wrong with.  The second
document are some suggestions by ONI's Brian Hoop that I'm waiting for
Jim to respond to and update our by-laws with so we can vote on the
by-laws at our April 9th meeting.  Thanks for your attention to this
matter.
