Learn practical techniques for dealing with challenging people and
situations when leading a neighborhood organization, including an
examination of why people can be "challenging" and methods you can use to
control your own reactions.

The training is being led by staff from Resolutions Northwest who have
extensive experience in facilitation of difficult and challenging public
meetings.

What you will learn:
* Turning difficult moments into opportunities.
* Asking strategic questions to reframe the issues.
* Using the power of the group to diffuse tense and challenging meetings.
Who should attend: 
* Neighborhood Association or community organization leaders wanting to
improve their skills at dealing with challenging people at meetings and
group activities. 
* Anyone interested in learning these skills to help their group in these
kinds of situations.
