And as an addendum to any new members who might not have been in the
neighborhood or active in the assoc. during that period, if Jim had been BWNA
Secretary at the time, as he is now, those actions, which almost lead to a
lawsuit and restraining order, could also open the BWNA to same lawsuits,
should it be argued that these actions took place while the person was acting
in any way on behalf of or as a representative of the BWNA.
In part, this ban will actually help to limit the liability of the BWNA to
possible lawsuits, without in any way threatening the "openness" of the
meetings nor the requirement to keep minutes. It is that simple.
