[BWNA] Proposed recording ban at BWNA neighborhood association

Can someone please remind me what time and where the board meetings are at so
I can attend this evening, since I wrote the original draft?  Granted, it's
not the same as what I wrote and so would like to be available to answer
questions.  Thanks!
