I am thinking that it would be good to support the NW District
Association on this one - I think that it is wrong to rezone residential
properties to build parking structures - the parking structures should
be in the commercial zones if any where.

Hello All,

I am writing on behalf of the NWDA (Northwest District Association)
neighborhood association, to ask for you to distribute the attached
flyer
and model letter to your neighborhood chairs and land use committees for
their widest possible dissemination. Committees and individuals are free
to
use the letter as a starting point for their own comments. 

The NWDA is asking people to support their appeal against a proposed
parking
garage on a residential street. To support the appeal, folks can attend
the
City Council hearing on Wednesday, February 21 at 6:00 pm at City Hall,
or
write to the City Council. See also the attached flyer.
