[BWNA] Election results: New board members

Odd number board position are elected in odd years and even number 
board members in even years per the bylaws. Same for officers, some 
in even and some in odd. The list I sent is of all positions that 
were elected last night in an odd year.  Ones not on that list are 
still in office and will be up for election next year.
