[BWNA] By-laws on our website

Hi everyone,

Jim Karlock has updated our BWNA by-laws and they are now on the Bwna.org
website.  Please have a look as we¹ll be voting on these updates at our
meeting on Monday.  I¹ve reviewed the changes, and asked Jim to make two
changes to the by-laws today having to do with the size of the quorum needed
to make decisions ­ I¹m suggesting 50% of the Board must be in attendance,
and also suggesting a change ­ adding in that board members and officers can
be approved by the Board at any General or Board meeting by a quorum, as we
needed to say how officers and board members are elected besides at general
meeting elections ­ which does happen from time to time.
