Beaumont-Wilshire,

After speaking to Sandra Lefrancois (CNN Outreach director), I 
understand that a $500 grant has been approved for a web-based community 
networking tool that I submitted.

In order to qualify for the funds the BWNA board must approve and 
according to Sandra this can be done via email.

So I request that the Board approve funding for the attached proposal or 
at the least provide feedback (and hopefully a formal proposal) on 
another project that may qualify for the available funds.
