[BWNA] Re: BWNA Bylaws

I ran into Sandra at the Cully NH meeting and she said that she had 
supplied a list of problems with our old bylaws to Albert some time 
ago. That list is what we need to get a start at revising our current 
bylaws. Can Albert forward it to this list.
